Preparations for the MEPER hollow blow molding machine before driving

The hollow blow molding machine must be strictly prepared for driving before driving. The main contents are the following eight points:

1.  the cooling water of the cooling material must be turned on, and the phenomenon of screw bite is even caused.

   
   

2. preheat hydraulic oil. If the hydraulic oil temperature in the hollow blow molding oil tank is too low, the heater should be turned on immediately, which is generally installed on large machines.

   
   

3. press the start button and then stop immediately to check whether the pump is running in the correct direction.

   
   

4. The machine should be opened without pressure in the hydraulic system. After opening, adjust the pressure of the overflow system of each pump to a safe pressure. In large injection machines, there are often two pressure systems, one is the clamping unit, the other is the injection unit, and each of the two units has a pressure release space. After the pump is stopped, this pressure relief valve must be opened, and when the pump is working, the pressure relief valve must be closed with the c switch.

   
   

5.  adjust the position of all stroke lifts, so that the moving template can travel far and unblock the c switch.

   
   

6. close the door completely. When opening the safety door on the operation side, according to the safety protection requirements v All safety doors should be closed when the machine is working. For large hollow blow molding machines, the mold closing movement will be stopped: if another safety door is opened, the oil pump will stop working.

   
   

7. turn on the heating and temperature adjustment system.

   
   

8.  When installing the mold c, the mold surface and the contact surface with the hollow blow molding machine template must be cleaned before installing the mold.
