1. Screw


The screw of the blow molding machine has single-screw, twin-screw and multi-screw. Because the products produced are different, the corresponding screw is selected. Most of the current screws are driven by the motor, and the speed of the screw is controlled by the frequency converter, and there is a heating coil outside the barrel. It is used to melt plastic, because the melting point of each plastic is different, so in the actual design process, there will be three temperature displays.

2. Die head


The die head is divided into continuous type and storage type. The continuous type head is mainly to extrude the melted plastic uniformly in a hollow shape to facilitate blow molding. The second is to control the wall thickness of the parison by hydraulic methods. The up and down movement of the servo proportional valve is used to control the size of the die opening to control the wall thickness of the parison. Therefore, when designing the die head, the hydraulic pressure of the die head does not start the screw motor, and the screw motor cannot be started when the die head is completely closed.

3. Mould


Most of the molds for blow molding are in two halves. When working, the parisons extruded from the die are combined and then blown. The process is generally mold shifting - mold clamping - mold clamping - pressure - blowing needles Entering - blowing and exhausting - releasing pressure - opening the mold - moving the mold - entering the next cycle. Therefore, when designing and controlling, it is necessary to ensure that the mold is not clamped if the mold is not in place, and the mold is not clamped if the mold is not clamped. No pressure. If the pressure is not in place, the blowing needle will not enter. If the blowing needle is not in place, it will not blow air. When the pressure is less than the set pressure relief value during exhaust, the mold will not open the mold. If the mold opening is not in place, the mold will not be moved. If it is not in place, the next cycle will stop working and alarm.
