This injection blowing molding machinery is a one-step full automatic injection blow molding machine which is applicable to the processing of thermoplastic materials such as PE, PP, PS(SAN, PMMA, PC, PETG, PEN). It is widely used in manufacturing packaging bottles for pharmaceutical, healthcare product, food and beverage, cosmetic and other industries. This machine has multi-cavities in one mould which can perform continuous production fully automatically. It adopts horizontal three-stations index head, hot runner system and multi-stage injection molding system. Plastic injection, blowing and stripping stations act simultaneously to guarantee a high efficiency and energy efficient operation of the machine. Our IBM series ensures the flatness of bottle mouth and high precision of the internal and external diameter and the thread of bottle neck without any scrap. It is the standard equipment for modern environment protecting production.

1. The machine body is covered by waterproof film firstly, and then fixed on exported wooden pallets with bolts and wires.
2. The electric controlling parts and spare parts are loaded separately in wooden box.
3. The auxiliary equipments are packaged in wooden box as well.
4. All wooden material is fumigation certificated and safe for exporting to all over the world.
After service
1. We offer you the free machine operation training happened in China.
2. Offering the free testing and installing of the machine in the buyer factory, but the fee of the visa, the ticket, food and living should be in the buyer’s charge.
3. The spare parts of the machine and the auxiliary machine can be supply by us.
4. The guarantee of the machine is one year under the normal operation.
